LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire has appointed Mohamed Kharraki as managing director, effective 1 August 2026.
Mr Kharraki succeeds Rachid Yousry, who had previously headed both the Côte d’Ivoire business and Cimencam in Cameroon. Mr Yousry will now focus exclusively on the Cameroon operations.
Mr Kharraki has more than 23 years of cement industry experience and has worked on industrial projects in Morocco, Lebanon and Kenya. His new role will focus on operational performance, safety, digitalisation and decarbonisation.
LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire operates cement production facilities in Abidjan and San Pédro with combined capacity of around 2.5Mta.
