Thatta Cement Co Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms Sidra Zakir as its new chief financial officer, effective from September 7, 2026, replacing the outgoing CFO.
The company formally notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange via an official letter signed by Company Secretary, Muhammad Abid Khan, requesting that the Exchange inform TRE Certificate Holders accordingly.
The appointment marks a key change in the firm’s financial management team as Thatta Cement continues to strengthen its leadership structure.
