Breedon Group has appointed Catherine Gibson as managing director of its Cement, Products and Surfacing Solutions businesses in Great Britain, with immediate effect.
Ms Gibson joins Breedon from Travis Perkins Group, where she served on the Group Executive Committee and held responsibility for several businesses, including the Keyline heavyside building materials and civils brand.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in the UK construction sector, spanning building materials manufacturing, distribution and multi-site operations.
Ms Gibson will join the leadership team of Breedon GB CEO Mike Pearce. Her responsibilities will include strengthening commercial performance and supporting sustainable growth across the group’s British cement, products and surfacing operations.
