Ciments du Maroc’s consolidated operating revenue rose 21.4 per cent to MAD2.66bn (US$277m) in the first half of 2026 following its acquisition of Asment de Témara. On a comparable basis, however, revenue fell six per cent, according to Moroccan financial publication Bourse News, citing the company’s results announcement.

Consolidated net profit declined 8.2 per cent to MAD559m. The company attributed the fall to financing costs associated with the acquisition and the absence of a disposal gain recorded in the first half of 2025. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 18.6 per cent as reported, but fell 4.6 per cent on a comparable basis.
