thyssenkrupp launched thyssenkrupp Polysius Solutions GmbH on 1 October 2026 as a dedicated provider of plant lifecycle services, with around 180 employees transferring from Polysius GmbH.
The new company’s portfolio covers consulting, modernisation, process optimisation, digital solutions, original equipment, spare parts and field services. It will support customers worldwide in improving plant performance and efficiency and extending equipment life.
Managing Director Heiko Goseling said the company would work closely with Polysius’ international locations to support customers throughout their plants’ operating lives. The new structure is intended to shorten decision-making processes and strengthen customer proximity.
The existing thyssenkrupp Polysius GmbH will continue operating in parallel to complete ongoing projects and fulfil existing contractual obligations.
