Batiçim Çimento Sanayi AS appoints new group CFO

Batiçim Çimento Sanayi AS (formerly Batisöke Söke Çimento) has appointed Özkan Atila as new group CFO, effective 6 October 2026. 

Previously, Mr Atila was the Group CFO of Selçuklu Holding after spending eight years with ALtinhas Holding, holding senior finance, board and credit committee positions. He graduated from Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences in 2000 and completed postgraduate studies in economics at the University of Illinois Chicago during 2009-11. 

The appointment highlights the Turkish company's stronger focus on financial strategy, risk management and capital allocation.
