Maple Leaf Cement Factory reported consolidated net profit of PKR4.21bn (US$15.18m) for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, up 54.2 per cent from PKR2.73bn in the corresponding period last year. The advance was driven by the surge in revenue and gross profit.

Revenue increased 87.6 per cent to PKR30.92bn from PKR16.48bn, while operating profit rose 125.8 per cent to PKR9.95bn from PKR4.41bn. Gross profit climbed 117.9 per cent to PKR12.18bn as sales grew faster than the cost of sales.

Higher financing costs and taxes partly offset the improvement in operating performance. Net finance costs increased to PKR2.39bn from PKR335.34m, while the income tax charge doubled to PKR2.65bn. The company also recorded a PKR683.13m share of losses from an associated company, compared with PKR3.09m a year earlier.
