TITAN Group reported sales of EUR2.19bn in the first nine months of 2026, up 8.8 per cent YoY, supported by organic growth and recent acquisitions. Cement volumes increased 10 per cent to 14.8Mt.

EBITDA rose 1.7 per cent to EUR481.7m, although it declined two per cent on a like-for-like basis. Net profit advanced 41.7 per cent to EUR242m, or 8.7 per cent after adjusting for the disposal of Adoçim in May 2025.

Recent acquisitions contributed more than EUR150m in sales and EUR28m in EBITDA. TITAN expects their EBITDA contribution to reach approximately EUR45m in 2026 and exceed EUR100m by 2029.

Performance varied by region. Sales in Greece and western Europe increased 19.5 per cent to EUR459.8m, with EBITDA rising 31 per cent. Eastern Mediterranean sales grew 31.6 per cent and EBITDA advanced 40.8 per cent. US sales increased two per cent, but EBITDA declined 11.4 per cent due to plant outages, adverse weather, higher costs and weaker residential demand in Florida.
