QNCC signs LoI with Fives FCB for 5000tpd Umm Bab expansion31 March 2014, Published under Cement NewsQatar National Cement Co (QNCC) yesterday signed a letter of intent (LoI) with Fives FCB for the QAR950m (US$261m) expansion of its Umm Bab cement works, according to Qatar’s official news agency QNA.
