ACC Ltd has reported a 14 per cent increase in revenue to INR45,370m (US$554.7m) in the quarter ended 31 December 2022, up from INR42,260m in the same period a year earlier. Gautam Adani, owner of the Adani Group , saw his fortune fall by US$20bn on Friday last week after investors withdrew from his companies amidst fraud claims made by a US investment firm. India’s Shree Digvijay Cement Co Ltd has reported a 36 per cent YoY increase in revenue in the 3QFY23 (ended 31 December 2022) to INR2064.4m (US$25.3m). India invests in green hydrogen production

The Indian government has approved a plan to invest US$2.3bn in green hydrogen. It plans to produce at least 5Mt of green hydrogen by 2030, reducing the dependence of its cement sector on fossil fuels and cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
