Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister, Hoang Trung Hai, has agreed to allow Nghi Son Cement Corp to continue the pilot import of fly ash as material for its cement production. The deputy PM earlier agreed to allow Nghi Son Cement Corp to import a volume not exceeding 200,000tpa of fly ash in the 2015-2016 period.
