These are as - 

SiO2 - 12.80 -13.20

Al2O3  3.60 - 3.80

Fe2O3  2.25 - 2.40

CaO  42.80 - 43.00

MgO  1.35 - 1.45

NaO  0.20 - 0.30

K2O  0.35 - 0.40

 

Pl detail what will be the effect on quality as well as grindability of the clinker of any change thus brought about.

The clinker composition is as follows -

SiO2 - 20.80 - 21.20

Al2O3 - 6.00 -6.30

Fe2O3 - 3.45 - 3.70

CaO - 64.80 -65.30

MgO - 1.90 - 2.10

I have calculated your clinker specification ( max ~ min ) your clinker is already vary easy to grind & heat of formation ( heat consumption ) is also ok. but be careful about your riser duct coating and kiln ring & ball formation. please send me your email id so i can send u excel copy.
