CONVERSION FROM FAD

HOW CAN I CONVERT MY F K PUMP COMPRESSOR 58 M3/MIN FAD TO THE ACTUAL VOLUME CONSUMPTION IN MY PUMP. MY LINE PRESSURE IS 1.3 KG PER CM2. WHAT MEASUREMENTS SHOULD I CARRY OUT TO FIND OUT THE AIR CONSUMPTION IN F K PUMP . ACTUALLY I WANT TO FIND OUT THE HEAT INPUT IN KILN BY THIS AIR GOING INTO PREHEATER WITH FEED. RAJ

Re: CONVERSION FROM FAD

If the air is at ambient temperature and you make your reference temperature ambient then there is no heat input to the kiln or cooler with the air through the cooler fans, any inleaking air, etc.

My basic question is how to calculate actual m3 from FAD if the line pressure is 1.3 ksc & compressed air temp. is always higher than the ambient or the FAD. My FAD is 58 m3/min .
