Hi everyone, I would just like to know how to attend to customer complaints, i.e sop's. Recently, we have recieve a complaint regarding delayed setting of concrete, may I know from your experiences the causes and how did you deal with it, investigations done and many other things that I might need in addressing the complaint and other possible customer complaints. Thanks.
