Kiln refractories life
Dear sir,
Our bricks life at LTZ and UTZ average between 6~9 months only since past 10 years. We wanted to extend the life to 12month. We;ve tried so many top quality bricks from Germany and other companies..Bricks failure mostly due to high wear rate. Our dry kiln dia 4.4m, length 60m. Clinker CaO 65%, SiO2 22%, Al2O3 6%, Fe2O3 3.9% total alkali 0.6%, LP 24~26%..Any suggestion and idea would be highly appreciated.
