re Cooler ESP high dust emission

do you check the soot deposit on the collecting & discharge electrode?

if soot fouling is serious on the plate, it would generate corona blocking. ESP dust collection is at a low efficiency.

You need a soot blower, normally a sonic horn to clean it.
