REDUCTION OF 212 MICRON RETENTION
I WANT TO REDUCE THE RETENTION ON 212 MICRON OF RAW MEAL FROM 3% TO LESS THAN 1% KEEPING THE 90 MICRON SAME.
AT PRESENT I AM GETTING 14% ON 90 MICRON WITH 3.5% ON 212 MICRON.
I AM HAVING POLYSIUS ROLLER PRESS CKT FOR RAW MEAL GRINDING. WHAT CHANGES ARE REQUIRED IN PROCESS PARAMETERS LIKE SEPARATOR,SEPARATOR AIR,OUTPUT ETC.

Please check the PSD of your current raw mix.If it has wider PSD than you may reduce +212 micoron residue while maintianing +90 micron residue coarser from the current level by changing wider PSD to steeper PSD .It can be done by replacing first generation dynamic air separator by latest generation high efficiency separator.
