REGARDING SILO LEVELS

WE ARE DOING SHIFT WISE PRODUCTION ON THE BASIS OF SILO DIP LEVELS ,BUT WE ARE NOT GETTING THE PRODUCTION RATE BUT WE ARE GETTING IT FROM THE COUNTERS

SUPPOSE WE ARE GETTING 80 TPH IN THE COUNTERS BUT WE ARE NOT GETTING THAT LEVEL OF PRODUCTION WHEN WE CALUCULATE ON THE BASIS OF SILO DIP LEVELS ,,,CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN ME WHAT WILL BE THE REASONS FOR THAT

re REGARDING SILO LEVELS

production you should not take only silo reading,becuase it varies based on extraction,if there is no extraction then it forms as different patern.you should correlate with weighfeeder reading ,cross check with bucket elevator KW conversion as TPH reading and then silo reading.
