High she'll temp

Dear sir!

We've 4.7m×74m kiln with 6 stage double string preheater & ILC .

We are facing two major problems

(1) she'll temp remaind high (400c+) from 0m to 12 m (burning zone),with "no coating " in this area.

(2) Our DOC (both sixth stages) remain 99%,with normal preheater pressures (PC temp kept 880c).

 Note! We are using south African coal with Ash content (21~25%), 

Kiln feed LSF (105~107%)

Clinker LSF.    (91~92%).

Please share your valuable experiance & guidelines.
