Interview process on almost all positions is the same: Phone interviewing (usually 2-5 phone interviews over a two to three week period). Onsite interview, usually one day in length, (travel at company expense). Offer, acceptance of offer. Companies I work with provide fair relocation assistance. Drug screen, physical and background check. Arrival and start.
