Your New Position has National responsibility for the sales for the minerals products group. Specifically you will plan, manage and undertake selling operations for the Minerals product group to achieve forecast sales revenue, volume, market share, profit and customer satisfaction within expense budget limits. This includes developing strategic sales and marketing plans for minerals’ products and services, identifying and recommending new market opportunities and product applications, regular contact with large corporate and government customer key executives, maintaining a close liaison between sales and operations ensuring continuation of supply and creating and maintain a national minerals marketing plan.
Who You are, An experienced senior sales executive who has experience in the minerals area or experience with customers in the steel, construction, civil engineering and government sectors. You have a high level of professional presentation and a history of success negotiating with major customers at senior levels. You are a strategic thinker who can ensure long term sustainable growth targets are met yet you are also practical and can make things happen at the site or plant level. You may be currently in a state or regional management role looking for a step into a national position in a company which can provide ongoing career progression.
