Anhui Conch - July 2017

China’s Anhui Conch is to build a new cement plant in the Terengulsky district of the Ulyanovsk region, Russia. The plant is believed to have a cement production capacity of 5000tpd. Work on the new facility is expected to begin in the 1Q18 with the plant becoming operational in late 2020-early 2021.
