Cement Grinding Aid

Chemically DEG is used as Grinding Aid. Does anybody has the experience as how does is help in the following aspects?

  1. Particle size reduction.
  2. Energy Conservation (Electricity)
  3. Charge Dissipation (Static)
  4. Production Efficiency Increase or Output Increase

We have slightly mix of higher polyglycols -Product IGSURF 1068 as better option to DEG. In India, where we can get the product tested for Ball-mills and in VRM?

Diethylene glycol assists the process of particle size reduction by neutralising static charges in newly broken pieces of material in a mill  thereby reducing unit power consumption and allowing mill outputs to be increased.

We have slightly mix of higher polyglycols -Product IGSURF 1068 as better option to DEG. In India, where we can get the product tested for Ball-mills and in VRM?

Best would surely be to approach some Indian cement companies.

With GA utilization we increase mill output on 10%. May be more... With the same quality.

Yes. Absolutely.Using cement grinding aids must raise at least 10% output.

Our Cement Grinding Aids dosage 0.2kg per ton, can ensure raise more than 10% output (T.P.H Productivity) and reduce ≥5% clink consumption.

And High Efficiency Cement Grinding Aids dosage 0.5kg per ton, can ensure raise more than ≥10% output (T.P.H Productivity) and reduce ≥10% clink consumption.
