How to Control Snoman at Cooler Static Grate

Please give me some suggestion regarding how to control the Cooler Static Grate Snowman & frequently we are stopping the plant due to heavy snowman.

 Plz avoid the over burning of clinker and dusty condtion try to maintain your raw meal cheistry along with proper  & effective use of air cannons.

Effectively we are using air cannons and our kiln is most of the time dusty condition and we using coal as a fuel with 23 to 24 % ash%.

 Hey; 

Low efficiency of cooler first grate fans, very high temperatures of secondary air/ variation of secondary air temperature, and short cooling zone inside kiln are main operation reasons of snowman formation.
