Clinker compressive strength

Dear experts,

please help me how to increase Clinker compressive strength (R28 days) from 55 Mpa to 60 Mpa.

The clinker's parameters are:

LSF: 95.5 - 96.5; Ma: 1.55 - 1.6; Ms: 2.45 - 2.5

C3S: 62 - 65%; C2S: 12 - 14%; C3A: about 8%; C4AF: about 10%

Increase the Blein’s specific surface. For example, if you have a specific surface 350 m2/kg, increase it up to 400 m2/kg. This can be done by increasing time of grinding.

Dear sirs,

Thank you for your help.

Please help me how to adjust for raw mix (LSF, Ma, Ms) to increase the compressive strength of clinker at the same specific surface (320 m2/kg). With these parameter of clinker, we want to increase the C2S to 14 - 16% to increase the finish strength at 28 days, how can we do it?
