CO2 can not be calculated from dust loss u can calculate it as

(A) From Fuels

(B) From Kiln Feed

Then Sum up both

re CO2 Calculation Method/Formula

 U can Caculate CO2 for Kiln feed by two basic Eq.

CaCO3-------------->CaO+CO2

100Kg----------------> 56Kg +44Kg

1Kg-------------------->    44/100 Kg        (1)

B)

MgCO3--------------->MgO+ CO2

84Kg------------------> 40Kg +44 Kg    

1Kg--------------------> 44/84 Kg       (2)

Now find Kgs of CaCO3 and MgCO3 in your feed and Multiply them with Eq -1 and 2 . u get CO2 Produced then Sum up both value
