For kiln dust you should consider in calcined base on analysis if don’t have one use the percentage I mentioned before and add it to total clinker produced.

i will calculate the heat.. but only problem was with Co2 calculation...
Kiln dust having LOI 36.01 DOC that mentioned by Q LAB Analysis is only 0.21%. (Preheater Out)
Kiln Feed LOI 35.55
NOw how to caculate CO2 from Kiln Dust ?
