For Organic matter of raw material

Kg CO2 / Kg Organic in Raw meal

3.67

For kiln dust you should consider in calcined base on analysis if don’t have one use the percentage I mentioned before and add it to total clinker produced.

Thanks brother for useful information..

i will calculate the heat.. but only problem was with Co2 calculation...

Kiln dust having LOI 36.01 DOC that mentioned by Q LAB Analysis is only 0.21%. (Preheater Out)

Kiln Feed LOI 35.55

NOw how to caculate CO2 from Kiln Dust ?

For your esay understanding read below mentioned things...

Heat In Due to Partially Decarbonised Raw Meal/kiln feed?

Heat Loss Due to Partially Decarbonised Dust Loss?

h=m * (CaOnc *752.868+MgO*647.705) Kcal/Kg. Clinker

Here CaOnc= Non-carbonatic CaO

CaOnc= Cao%-56((CO2%/44)-(Mgo%/40))

For Calculating Non-carbonatic CaO we required to 1st Calculate CO2...

For Composition requirement i'm attach Analysis sheet.. Please check it and Calculate CO2 as per given data.. if you required more than tell me again.
