Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree according to which customs duties on the import of cement products are temporarily abolished starting from October 1, 2008.

The decree was adopted with a view to further improving the supplies of cement products to the construction sites of Turkmenistan, the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat quoting the press service of the head of state.
