India’s Binani Cement has bought four panamax cargoes of South African coal at an average price of around $130.00 a tonne CIF following a recent tender, the seller said.  
 
The seller was an Indian trader. The cargoes are for delivery between December 2007 and February 2008. (Reporting by Jackie Cowhig, editing by Anthony Barker)
