India’s second-biggest cement producer, said on Wednesday its September
shipments rose 10.7 percent to 1.55Mt from 1.40Mt a year earlier. The
Mumbai-based company, in which Holcim controls about 41 per cent, said
production in the month was 1.55Mt, up from 1.36Mt a year ago.
