The nation’s cement industry produced 18.8Mt of cement in the first seven months of the year, said the Ministry of Construction. Domestic cement makers have a combined annual production capacity of 32Mt of cement, meeting 85 per cent of domestic demand, said the Vietnam Cement Association.
