Agents of Department for Primary Investigation of Tax Crimes within Ministry of Tax have found an illegal facility in town of Amirajani that was engaged in packaging cement and sale of low-quality cement. Trend  reports with reference to the Ministry’s news release that executives of this facility organized the sale of cement labeled “Garadagh” and “Volgograd” in various retail sale points of Surakhany district. As a result their evasion from effecting taxes was also proved.
 
During the raid performed by agents of Operative Inspection Board within Baku Tax Department, they found 17t of cement, 3000 empty sacks labeled “Volgograd”, 245t of cement in sacks at a homestead land in Amirajani. They also apprehended accounting documents and the appropriate protocol was compiled.
 
Analysis of accounting reports ha revealed that the facility has operated from October 2005 and sold goods at AZN 81,458 without paying taxes to the budget. In the process of investigation, tax agents found out that sale points purchasing cement from this facility are also not registered in tax agencies and make business without sales register installed. Fake accounting documents have also been found at these points.
