Venezuela imports Cuban cement
Venezuela is to buy 500,000t of cement from Cuba, out of which 5000t will be delivered next week. Housing and Habitat minister Luis Figueroa, who is in Cuba to complete the deal, said they are to define details regarding shipments, ports for delivery of cement, orders and costs. Figueroa said recently that Cuban cement imports were needed because of the inability of local manufacturers to supply. Published under Cement News
