China exported 7.9Mt of cement in the first nine months of 2005, up 78.6 per cent year-on-year, it was reported on November 28, 2005. The value of exported cement stood at $283m for the nine-month period. Shandong, Jiangsu and Hebei provinces, all in eastern China, accounted for 6.62Mt of all cement exports for the period January to September 2005, up 108.2 per cent year-on-year. China’s overall cement exports in September 2005 alone stood at 1.37Mt, up 128.6 per cent year-on-year. Published under Cement News
