The winding up of Cement JSC has been postponed temporarily. The term for issue of certificate on dissolution registeration on the part of the Federal Tax Service (FTS) expired on September 26, 2005, yet the tax services suspended registration actions to consider the claim of Stroysnabkomplekt LLC against the the Zheleznodorozhniy district court, which ruled out to delare Cement bankrupt. As it was earlier reported earlier, Stroysnabkomplekt represents the interests of Novosibirsk-based Iskitimcement Group, which insists on revision of privatization of Cement JSC.
