Katavsky Cement (Chelyabinsk Region) output rosefour-fold on year to 400,000t of cement, company representatives announce. Graded cement production increased two-fold to 28,000t.  A total of 98,000t of cement was produced in July, a three-fold increase. The target for  2004 target is to produce 900,000t of cement.
