Cement deliveries in Peru increased by 10.8 per cent YoY to 5,785,150t between January and July 2013, according to the country’s cement association, Asocem.

Output from Asocem-affiliated cement plants also saw an upward trend to 5,911,497t, representing a 10.9 per cent rise when compared with the same period the previous year.

Exports in Jan-Jul reached 108,620t, up 42.8 per cent against the Jan-Jul 2012 figure of 76,058t.
