Holcim Indonesia orders Loesche VRM

Holcim Indonesia Tbk has ordered a LM 56.3+3 from Loesche for its Tuban Line II cement production facility, which is to be a replica of Tuban Line I. The mill will grind clinker, gypsum and limestone at a product rate of 260tph at <3 per cent R45µm. The gearbox will have a capacity of 5200kW.

Loesche’s scope of supply also includes the dedusting filter and fan, metal detectors, magnetic separator, slide gates and a rotary valve as well as a hot gas generator.

Delivery is planned for January 2014.
