Kolomna plant hits production highs, Russia

Holcim’s Kolomna plant in Russia produced 1Mta of clinker for the first time in 2013 on the new production line on November 24 at 3.00am. The company attributed the achievements to the coordinated efforts of production staff as well as maintenance and support services.

In July this year, the company reached another significant high, having produced a record monthly volume of grey cement of 239,885t.
