Ahangarancement, part of the Eurocement Group, produced over 1.116Mt of clinker and 1.62Mt of cement in 2013.

The Uzbekistan-based producer said clinker volumes rose by 13 per cent YoY (or 137,600t) while cement output was up by six per cent (86,400t).

The company’s shipments increased by 88,100t to 1.613Mt last year, an increase six per cent. Shipments of bagged cement also rose by 23 per cent YoY.

Its PPC 400 cement type was the biggest seller in 2013, accounting for 40.8 per cent of shipments.
