Venezuela’s Cemento Andino produced 283,308t of cement between January and mid-June. The output was delivered to serve the Trujillo, Mérida, Barinas, Portuguesa, Lara and Zulia markets, according to Oswaldo Zerpa, Andino’s general manager.

The company is currently building a second production line which will see its capacity increase to 2.1Mta.
