Iran produced 23.8Mt of cement during the first four months of the current Iranian fiscal year, which started on March 21. The figure is 31 per cent higher (5.7Mt) than the comparative period of last year, Iran's IRNA news agency reported.

During the last fiscal, Iran’s output amounted to 69.46Mt, a 0.9 per cent YoY decline.
