Loesche wins new Venezuelan contract

AVIC International Beijing has commissioned Loesche with the delivery of two vertical roller grinding mills for the INVECEM cement plant in Monay, Venezuela. Core components of the order include a Loesche LM 53.3+3C for grinding clinker and an LM 48.4 raw meal mill.

The new cement plant in Monay in the federal state of Trujillo is a joint project of both the governments in Venezuela and China, who have agreed to build three new cement plants in Venezuela, each with a production capacity of 2500tpd.

The LM 48.4 Loesche vertical roller grinding mill will grind cement raw material with a capacity of 280tph at 12 per cent R 0.09mm in the plant in Monay. The LM 53.3+3C cement mill will produce 200tph OPC cement with a fineness of 3200 Blaine. LDC classifiers are part of the further scope of supply of Loesche.

The delivery of the key parts is planned for November 2015.

This order increases the number of Loesche vertical roller grinding mills in the Venezuelan cement industry to seven.
