The Argentinean cement market expanded by 1.3 per cent MoM and 12.6 per cent YoY in July 2015, according to domestic cement producers’ association, AFCP.
The country’s cement plants dispatched 1,073,762t, including 4140t of exports, a YoY increase in total deliveries of 11 per cent and a MoM rise of 1.3 per cent. No cement was imported.
For the year to date, domestic consumption advanced by 11.3 per cent YoY to 6,946,742t from 6,243,587t, but exports fell by 37.8 per cent from 103,444t to 64,328t. Imports stood at 1000t.
