Algeria: Société des Ciments de Sigus awards turnkey plant contract

Polysius France SAS, part of Germany-based ThyssenKrupp, has been awarded the contract for the cement plant in Oum El Bouaghi by Société des Ciments de Sigus, part of Groupe Industriel des Ciments d’Algérie (GICA), according to local press reports.

The EUR310m turnkey project will see the construction of a 6000tpd cement works with commissioning due after 31 months in 2018. (Source: Tout sur l'Algerie)
