Fábrica de Cimento do Kwanza Sul SA (FCKS) in the Cuanza Sul Province of Angola was forced to stop production on Wednesday after a significant lack of HFO. 

According to local reports, Edmundo Ferreira, the operational manager of the plant, confirmed that the plant will resume production as soon as the fuel issue is resolved.

The plant requires 400,000l of fuel to achieve its daily production capacity of 4200t.
