Overall cement sales in Puerto Rico fell by 15.8 per cent YoY in November, representing a modes improvements when compared with the previous two months.

Output from Puerto Rico's cement plants decreased 24.1 per cent YoY, following a drop of 52.9 per cent reported the previous month.

In 2016 cement sales fell 12.3 per cent YoY while production saw an 11.5 per cent decrease during the same period.
