Algeria-based Biskria Cement Co has exported 28,000t of white cement to the USA. The consignment was loaded on to the M/V Anhui, moored at the port of Annaba. 

Algerian exports are now subject to a 30 per cent tariff when imported into the USA, but despite these restrictions the company continues to supply white cement.
