Taiwan's TCC Group Holdings is reportedly leaning towards listing its European business on the London Stock Exchange, according to Bloomberg, although the company said no final decision has been made.

TCC, formerly Taiwan Cement Corp, announced earlier this year that it was evaluating a European IPO as it targets expanding operations in Europe. Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London and Paris were being considered as potential venues. A company spokesperson said the London Stock Exchange remains under consideration, with the final listing venue subject to board approval.

The proposed transaction would involve an initial public offering of TCC's European operations. Europe currently accounts for around 44 per cent of the group's revenue.
