Anhui Conch Cement and Huawei have expanded their digitalisation partnership with the launch of an intelligent open-pit mining platform at Huawei Connect 2026 in Shanghai, China.
The platform combines digital-twin technology with Conch Cement’s mining operating experience to support more intelligent management of open-pit mining operations.
The development forms part of a broader collaboration between the two companies on artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure. Huawei has also named Conch Cement among its global F5G-A all-optical showcase sites, highlighting the use of advanced industrial networks and AI-enabled monitoring in cement production.
